A candid exploration of identity, contradiction, and celebration, Any Party is one of Martin’s most iconic works. Painted in 1987, this large-format oil painting captures the tension between social masks and private truths — timeless themes.

From 1988 to 1995, "Any Party" was featured in multiple gallery exhibitions throughout San Diego and became a centerpiece in Martin's cooperative gallery, where it was permanently displayed and marked “NFT” – Not For Sale. Its bold presence and layered meaning established it as a defining work in the artist’s career.

In 2021, renewed attention followed the online sharing of archival images. A handful of private collectors expressed interest. The original now resides in a private collection in the Chicago area.
